It is dedicated to addressing the needs of people with special needs that are related to the Internet and its attendant technologies. The pages on this site will explain more about the chapter. This chapter represents a journey for all of us who are members and who are dedicated to creating equal access to the Internet regardless of disability.

Joining the Chapter

Steps for Joining the Disability Chapter of ISOC

  1. Go to https://www.isoc.org/
  2. Click the word Join ISOC in the upper right hand corner right underneath the words Search/Site Map.
  3. Complete the membership form. Specify the disability chapter under chapter affiliation. Submit the form.
  4. You will receive an email regarding your membership from ISOC.

Follow steps 5 and 6 above.

Bloch Healing is psychotherapy through touch (based on the same underlying principles as 'person-centered' psychotherapy) that is particularly helpful to people with certain disabilities for whom conventional psychotherapy is not always suitable.
