The DCAD facilitates interacti on between relevant bodies and ensures that informati on and communicati on s technologies (ICT) accessibility and tools are included in key debates around Internet governance.
DCAD aims to help build a future where all sectors of the global community have equal access to communicati on s and on line informati on as well as the ability to participate in IGF discussi on s and seminars. The initiative takes into account the fact that all communities can benefit from ICTs and improve their quality of life, a view supported by the UN C on venti on on the Rights of Pers on s with Disabilities.
