The chapter has many things to accomplish and some things that need to be accomplished quickly. Below is a list of projects. This list is a proposed list and other projects can and should be proposed by the membership. Some of these projects must be accomplished for the chapter to continue within the venue of the Internet Society. For questions on or to volunteer for individual projects please contact the listed project leader.

Project Description: Web site developement and management. People are needed to help develop, maintain, and manage the website for the chapter. That will include translating the site into whatever languages are appropriate for the membership .Michael Burks is the interim webmaster He can be reached at mburks952@att.net A plan for building and maintaining the website in needed. We will be using macromedia products. The web site must be accessible.

Project Description: The chapter is allowed to vote in the next Board of Trustees election. Therefore we need a procedure to collect and count the votes in a secure and confidential manner.

Project Description: If the chapter membership wishes to raise money for operations and projects there will have to be a method of rasing the money and keeping it in a safe and accessible place.

Project Description: Since this is a multinational chapter the best way for the members to understand disability issues is for each of us to help define those issues. Some will be issues that affect all of us, some will be localized to specific areas, cultures, or societies. But we need to define them so we can understand them and help to address them. Project Description: Members of the chapter may have presentations they have made that they would like to place on the website. Help will be needed to put them on the site in a manner accessible to the widest audience possible.

Project Description: The chapter has been quite fortunate in gaining sponsorship from several generous organizations. We have also been contacted by individuals who also wish to help sponsor the chapter. There needs to be a process developed to address this.

Project Description: The bylaws as currently written need to be adjusted to fit the chapter and its means of operation. There needs to be a project that addresses this and brings the changes to the membership and eventually to ISOC for approval.
